How it is measured
What you pay for, and why. No per-user licences: everyone asks with their own permissions, and the price depends on what KnowOS reads.
Connection
Each system KnowOS reads: an ERP, a CRM, a store or a document repository.
Storage
Measures the indexed documents: price lists, procedures, product sheets and contracts.
AI usage
Included as euros of usage. Beyond that, at cost or as a fixed bundle we size with you before signing.
Setup
One-off fee in days at €520: requirements, ontology, connections, testing, training and 30 days of support.
Agents
An add-on to any plan: stock alerts, anomalies, replenishment and reports. Quoted per agent, after the assessment.
Where it runs
Integrafy Cloud in the EU, included in the fee, or an On-Premise licence per environment on your infrastructure.
Pricing questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. The fee is monthly and you can change plan whenever you need to.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All amounts exclude VAT.
What happens if I reach the plan limit?
We let you know at 80% and at 100%. Data is never deleted or hidden.
What does setup include?
Requirements gathering, modelling the ontology, connecting the sources, testing with real data, team training and 30 days of support after go-live. It is quoted in writing, with scope and deliverables, before work starts.
What if I need more AI?
It is extended at cost or with a fixed bundle. The chosen model can change the cost by an order of magnitude, so we size it with you before signing.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Criteria, documents and configuration export in an open format.
How are agents contracted?
Agents is an add-on to KnowOS. It is quoted per agent and by scope, after the assessment.
